Winnebago Le Sharo - $1500 in Whistler, British Columbia for sale

I am selling my Winnebago Le Sharo 1985, it is 4 cylinder, 15 foot camper with all the props : Ac & heater in the back Double bed, Dinning table, propane gas tank, 2 burners, cd player, toilette, lots of storage, shower, water heater, lots of lights, sink & facet, Leather Driver & passenger seats from a PT cruiser, lots of electrical outlets . . .
It has about 180000 km's, the transmission leaks a little, in the rockeys bigger hills it was overheating a little, plates & insurance are in Quebec, title is mine (Clear)
It was evaluated at 7500$ (I have papers) in July 2013 by my insurance & I crossed Canada from Quebec to BC with it no problems !
At this point it has been parked in the street for 6 months, needs pro cleaning (Mold), batteries are dead but New, needs an oil change, a good check out for the motor, also the speedometer is broken (I have my speed on the GPS). . .

Do realize that there in mould problem, it needs pro cleaning, maybe even a strip and change of all wooden panels inside (walls and roof), also the roof will need new liquid rubber, small amounts of water are coming in... These are the main problems ! Ten again everything works inside, it will run with a battery that is charged and the body is very solid, no Rust ! It needs like 2000$ to 3000$ dollars of investment...I am selling as is for a very low 1500$, considering that it will need a tow, repairs & cleaning !
